Free UK Mainland Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses.

Delivery Times

- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same working day.

- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

- Typical delivery time is 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Areas We Deliver To

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK mainland only.

Areas We Do Not Deliver To

We do not currently ship to:

- Northern Ireland

- Channel Islands

- Isle of Man

- Scottish Highlands and Islands

- BFPO addresses

- Any destination outside the United Kingdom

If an order is placed with a delivery address outside our delivery area, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already been dispatched, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

- Photographs of any damaged items and packaging (where applicable)
